Privacy notice
Last updated 8 June 2026
LibrePartner (“we”, “us”) cares about your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and contact form, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
We only collect what we need to follow up on your enquiry, and we never sell your data.
Data controller
LibrePartner is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. If you have any privacy questions, contact us at privacy@librepartner.no.
What data we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we store the following personal data:
- First name
- Email address
- Your language choice and the time of submission
In addition, our hosting provider (Vercel) logs technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising — only a necessary preference that remembers your language choice.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to contact you about your enquiry, send you the Article 4 checklist and relevant information about our services, and to follow up with you as a prospective customer.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and/or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Storage and data processors
The data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, with servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). The website is hosted by Vercel. Both are data processors acting on our behalf, and the data is kept within the EU/EEA.
We keep your enquiry for as long as necessary to follow up on it, and for up to 12 months after our last contact. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data. You can also request restriction of processing, object to the processing, and request data portability.
To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@librepartner.no. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date.
